Smutno (Sadness)

Nie zaglądałam tydzień do świata bogowego, ponieważ kończyłam pisanie doktoratu. Dziś znalazłam chwilę, żeby zobaczyć co słychać w internecie. I uderzyła mnie niezwykle smutna wiadomość-Gina (Tatting Goddess) nie żyje. Dotknęło mnie to szczególnie ponieważ od powstania mojego bloga mnie wspierała. Najpierw z jej bloga na mój wchodziło wiele osób. Bardzo często komentowała moje wpisy i frywolitki. Wypróbowała moje schematy frywolitkowe. Pisała maile, a pod koniec zeszłego roku przysłała mi paczkę z kordonkami, czółenkami i frywolitką przez nią wykonaną. Te wszystkie bezinteresowne gesty były dla mnie bardzo ważne. Nie zdążyłam jej podziękować. Chciałam do niej wysłać paczkę, jednak za długo to odkładałam. Jakże prawdziwe są słowa ks. Twardowskiego "Śpieszmy się kochać ludzi tak szybko odchodzą"...

I haven't look into the world of blogs for a week, because I was finishing my doctorate dissertation. Today I found a moment to see what is going on in the internet. And it struck me very sad news, Gina (Tatting Goddess) is dead. This especially touched me because she supported my blog since the foundation. First there was a lot of entries from her blog to mine. She commented on my posts and tatting very often. She tried my tatting diagrams. She wrote e-mails, and at the end of last year, she sent me a package of threads, shuttles, and tatted motif by her. All of these gestures were very important to me. I did not thank he properly. I wanted to send her a package, but I postponed it for too long. How true are the words of poet Jan Twardowski, "Let us hurry to love people, they leave us too soon" ...
